Rev.Dr.Antoine Rutayisire, said that Jesus is the one who has the key to death and hell, and no one can die before the time God decided that he will die, because the days of human existence are written in God’s book. He recently said this on Max TV, which operates on Youtube, when he was asked if someone can sacrifice him, or if the devil can steal him.
The minister Rutayisire began by saying, "if Satan stole from me and God would not be God, which would mean that Satan has the ability to contradict God, and in that case there would be no servant of God."
This servant of God continued to say that since no one watchful enough, the devil would steal from all of us and kill us, so people should not always be in fear of death, because when it is time to die, you will die.
Rev. Antoine Rutayisire also mourned the death of Pastor Theogene who recently passed away, he said that after his death he saw rumors on social media that "who is going to die next among God’s servants that death has risen".
This Pastor in Anglican church of Rwanda, continued to say that death has never sat down, and he reminded people that they should always be ready because death has no plan with a person that it will take him this time, and he also told people that they should remember that death is not the end of life, but the way to eternal life.
He concluded by saying, "The one who has the key to death is Jesus, not Satan." He added by telling people that instead of always worrying about whether they will go to the devil or heaven when they die, they should worry about living like they will go to heaven, because where you will go after death is determined by how you behave in this life.
