Pastor Willy Rumenera is the CEO of Teen Challenge Rwanda and he is its Director in the East Africa. He is the founder of Comfort My People Rwanda. Both organizations are known for their anti-drug activities.’

These days, Pastor Rumenera is at the continent of Europe in evangelism and he is meant to work in five countries which are: Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Germany and France as he told Paradise.

He will return to Rwanda on August 13, 2023. As a person who has been to almost all European countries, and many more in America and Africa, he says, the continent of Europe has prospered a lot because of God, but now he is saddened by the fact that Europe has turned its back on God, that’s why he asks Africans to pray for Europeans.

He says that after Martin Luther brought the ’reformation’ and put the Bible into a language that people could understand, it helped Europeans in progress. He continued, "It came after the revival in Europe, which made the European countries very prosperous, but now they have forgotten God while they are the ones who brought us the good gospel news in Africa".

Pastor Rumenera says that African Christians need to do two things: "Pray for Europe and take the good news of Jesus Christ to them. Not only among our relatives (Africans) who lives here because many do so, but we also have go t o the whites".

He testifies that this is the time for Africans to evangelize the world. He gave advice on what can be done and for it to give good results, saying, "It requires us to know exactly how (strategies) we can use to promote Jesus to those who do not know him. We have a job to bring back God that people have lost".

He said that the things that show that the Europeans have forgotten God, the first is that they believe that "man does not need God". He urged Africans to work hard and be God-fearing. He said, “We need to work hard but also believe in God and give him glory in our lives. Let’s work and pray, let’s pray and work”.

He says that the courage of Europeans is down and he gave he gave example of what saddened him he saw in Europe. He says; ‘’right now they are in state where there’s no women or man, it’s up to an individual to decide what he/she is, anyone can love whoever he/she wants and that is not God’s will. A man to man or women to a women, there even on level of transgender.’’

He said that the third thing that they have turned their back on God is that they are individualist, he said; ‘family doesn’t mean anything to them, neighbour doesn’t mean anything, the extent where an individual lives in a house alone with a dog, without a visits from or to anyone, but what they have forgotten is that God has created a human to live in society, we are social beings.’

Pastor Willy Rumenera has married Mukamisha Antoinette in 2022. Together they have got a a blessing of three kids and one which they raise. He was ordained as a Pastor in 2000 in Russia when he was studying Theology. He was ordained also in America where he was studying administration in 2004-2006.
