An upcoming singer who has amazing skills in singing songs of worship and praise to God Mugisha Parfaite, confirmed that the name is the reality, in the new song she collaborated with her sibling Solange called "Umunyamugisha” (Blessed).
It is after almost four years that she did not put out a song, because the last one called Mama (Mother), was uploaded on his YouTube channel in March 2020. This song accompanied another one called the Urugo Rwiza (Good Home), all of which were to worship and praise God.
Although you would say that this song is the third one on her YouTube channel, Mugisha Parfaite says it is the first, because it is the one that God helped her to find the way to redeem herself and the hearts of many others.
Another reason why it is the first for her, is that she did it with Solange her sibling, whom she considers as the pride of her life. They have shared many experiences of life like siblings, they have been together since childhood, they share the same call to serve God, and Mugisha Parfaite is the one who trained her to sing.
More than that, this song is her first made in the form of audio and video. The other two before, Mama and Urugo Rwiza, were made only in audio.
The idea to compose this song came from her name Mugisha, so she called the song Umunyamugisha. She says that the fact that she met Jesus and blessed her made her a blessing. In this song, she says that Jesus took her away, changed her name, took her out of trouble, and turned her into a blessing.
She based it on the words found in Isaiah 60:1 which says: "Awake because your light has come, and the glory of the Lord will be upon you." Using these words, she said that the one who is blessed by God, his beauty and his charm are always shining.
