She owns the Women’s Foundation Ministries and Noble Family Church. WOMEN FOUNDATION slogan is "Faith in Action". She is a woman of great vision and purpose.

She is known for ’Operation Smile’, an act of love and laughter for people who are suffering from life and doing good to them! Those who know her say that she never gives up or gives up on what she has planned.

Call her Apostle Alice Mignonne Kabera! A woman who speaks for God and you can say that she is strong among God’s servants in Rwanda and Africa.

In the last annual gathering All Women Together, she became the first pastor in Rwanda who received important and great people including Mrs. Jeannette Kagame, wife of the President of the Republic of Rwanda, Paul Kagame, and other servants of God including Jesca Kayanja and international singer Sinach.

1. WIRIRA FELLOWSHIP (DO NOT CRY)

This program has been the answer for many people and many people like to call it the program of passing the promises. This program is held every Friday and since God gave her the vision of WFM, this program has not changed. They are meetings where miracles happen and they share testimonies of the works God has done. 2. FIRE WEEK

This program is known by both WFM and Noble Family Church. According to the understanding of the week of Fire, this is the fire of God’s word and attacks against Satan. The place where they receive the apostles is like a fire.

3. CONNECT CONFERENCE AFRICA

This famous international gathering of WFM and Noble Family Church, brings together different ministers of God and it includes opportunities for preaching and training where they use the expertise and experience of different ministers of God in Rwanda and other parts of the world.

4. [UMUGORE MU IHEMA, UMUGABO MU MAREMBO] THE WOMAN IN THE TENT, THE MAN IN THE GATE

This program is very popular like the others in Rwanda. This program is a vision of the prophecy that God gave to Apostle Mignone where different families are returning to the foundations of the Bible and many renew their relationships, love and care for their responsibilities. In this program, women benefit from wisdom and get the important wool to build a blessed home.

5. ALL WOMEN TOGETHER CONFERENCE

The International Women’s Conference is attended by people of all genres and brings together many people from all regions, all countries and well-established women of knowledge and influence who teach, prophesy and testify.

Today’s theme is "From Victims to Champion". In this gathering, Apostle Mignonne Kabera received Her Excellency Mrs. Jeannette Kagame, and Jesca Kayanja and Sinach.

During THANKSGIVING, another small aid center called FEED MY SHEEP CENTER was opened. This event took place in the last week of the eleventh month of this year and included donations to help the needy. The Bible tells us that the true Church is the one that helps the lost.
